I just noticed today that my passenger side sliding door will not unlock all doors when touching the handle (key fob in pocket). I tried it with the "Child safety lock" on and off. All other doors do open as soon as my hand touches the handle.As mentioned, try a good penetrating oil. WD-40 may do the job but not the best at this. Use the little hose to spray a bunch of oil in where the key goes and work the key in and out and try turning on occasion. It may take a few minutes of spray/work key/spray etc for it to free.
