May 14, 2018 at 8:56 AM. yes and most likely to happen at this time...my IVF docs say implementation after firtilized is 1-2 days....depends on how fast the sperm get to the egg...also sperm can live inside you for 10 days in your fallopian tubes waiting for the egg...so yeah definitely and most likely possible. Like.So im 5dpo today and as much as i try not too i cant help but symptom spot, past cycles ive had boob pain, cramps, increased  cm..but this cycle im feeling nothing.
